People like us are often considered old-fashioned, but this is what makes me happy

Soma Rathod, who is seen in Prateek Sharma’s Tumm Se Tumm Tak, shared that she has formed a deep friendship with her co-stars. She spoke fondly of one bond in particular. She said, "Friendships happen with almost everyone, but recently I have become very good friends with Nilakshi Ji, who plays the character of Mami in the show.

We share a very similar vibe and thought process.

"It’s not just her on-screen character that is simple and grounded, but even off-screen, she is the same. She said, "I am a very simple, almost saint-like person. I do not enjoy drinks, parties, getting dressed up, jewelry, shopping, or traveling around, nor am I fascinated by luxury cars. May be I am little different in that sense. I love food and enjoy feeding others. I am an animal lover and like to spend time with them.

I love my God, my family, and my children. My life is mostly just home to work and work to home."Soma doesn’t like going out unless extremely important or work-related. She said, "If there is a very important work-related party, then I attend it, but otherwise, I prefer a simple lifestyle. This is just who I am. People like us are often considered old-fashioned or backward by today's generation, but honestly, this is what I like and what makes me happy."

She understands the importance of space and boundaries and maintains it on and off screen. She said, "My nature is such that I am exactly the same on set as I am at home. The kind of bond I share with my children, the laughter, the jokes, and even the scolding, is very similar to the way I interact with people on set. There is no real difference in my behavior."But the one place she is truly acting is in front of the camera. "The only place where I am acting is in front of the camera, and even that often comes naturally to me. I do not like pretending to be someone else unnecessarily because I have never liked being two-faced or putting on a different personality,” Soma ended.
