Two arrested for murder near Samaypur Badli metro station

New Delhi: Two persons were arrested in connection with the murder of a man near Samaypur Badli metro station on Sunday. The victim was identified as Ankit (20), a resident of Raja Vihar, north Delhi.

Ankit was known to the duo, and the three consumed alcohol together prior to the incident. A sudden altercation broke out, during which one of the suspects, Shivam, allegedly stabbed Ankit. A case was registered and Shashi Bhushan and Shivam, were apprehended. In another case on Sunday night in the Mangolpuri area, a boy was attacked with a knife by a group of boys. A case of attempt to murder was registered. TNN
