Two held for possessing ganja in Cuddalore district

The Bhuvanagiri police have arrested two persons and seized 3 kg of ganja from their possession on Monday night.

The arrested were identified as R. Rajesh Kumar, 22, and A. Arun Kumar, 34, of Perumathur. Following a tip-off, a police team was conducting checks near the Bhuvanagiri bus stand when they found the duo loitering in the area in a suspicious manner. After a search, the police found the contraband in their possession.

A case has been registered.
