UPSC CSE 2025 toppers list: Anuj Agnihotri secures AIR 1, Rajeshwari Suve M and Akansh Dhull follow

UPSC CSE 2025 toppers list: The Union Public Service Commission has declared the final results of the Civil Services Examination 2025, recommending 958 candidates for appointment to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services.Anuj Agnihotri has secured All India Rank (AIR) 1, emerging as the topper of this year’s examination. He is followed by Rajeshwari Suve M at AIR 2 and Akansh Dhull at AIR 3.

The Civil Services Examination is conducted annually by the commission to recruit officers for the country’s premier administrative services. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written (Mains) examination and the Personality Test (Interview).

Women Candidates Shine in Top 25Out of the top 25 candidates, 11 are women, demonstrating strong representation in the UPSC CSE 2025 merit list. Rajeshwari Suve M (AIR 2), Zinnia Aurora (AIR 6), Astha Jain (AIR 9), Ananya Sharma (AIR 13), Surabhi Yadav (AIR 14), Simrandeep Kaur (AIR 15), Monika Srivastava (AIR 16), Sruthii R (AIR 18), Geetika Arora (AIR 22), Ifra Shams Ansari (AIR 24), and Bhavika Chopra (AIR 25) have secured top positions, reflecting the rising trend of women excelling in the civil services.

About the UPSC Civil Services ExaminationThe Union Public Service Commission conducts the Civil Services Examination in three stages — Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personality Test. Candidates who qualify through all stages are recommended for appointment to services such as the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service and Indian Foreign Service, among others.The marks of candidates will be uploaded on the commission’s website shortly after the declaration of the final results.
