' and congratulated him on social media. Responding to the message, Vijay Kumar thanked the filmmaker and added that "Nandri Ayya. Mudichittu seekram vandhurren " (he would finish work on 'Arivu' soon and then join him).

The remark was widely interpreted as a subtle hint that he might appear in the film. Tamizharasan further responded to Vijay Kumar, "Madurai ku varanum#D56" (asking to meet him in Madurai for D56), which added to the buzz among fans and followers online.

Tamizharasan Pachamuthu begins location recce for the project

The development comes shortly after Tamizharasan shared a black-and-white photo from a village temple, confirming that he had begun location scouting for Dhanush’s 'D56.'

The project is currently in the early stages of production, with details about the title, storyline, and full cast yet to be officially revealed. Earlier, Mari Selvaraj had explained that his planned collaboration with Dhanush required an extensive creative and technical process, as the actor wanted the film to become the biggest project of both their careers.

This reportedly led to delays, after which Dhanush moved ahead with Tamizharasan’s film.
