Urvashi about reuniting with Jayaram in ‘Parimala & Co’, says, 'Happy to work together after 20 years'

Urvashi expressed her joy at working with Jayaram again in their new film ‘Parimala & Co’, directed by Pandiraj. The film is set for a theatrical release soon and the film’s press meet was recently held in Chennai with the entire team attending.

During the event, Urvashi shared her experience of working with Jayaram again after a long gap, making it one of the most emotional highlights.Urvashi says the script gave her instant confidence and excitementSpeaking at the press meet, Urvashi said the film immediately gave her a strong positive feeling. As reported by News 18, she explained, “For me, this film is very special. As an actor, you only sometimes get stories where you feel this is the real hero of the film.

I felt that confidence the moment I heard the story.” She added that after hearing the full screenplay, her interest in the project only grew stronger. She revealed that they had not shared screen space for more than 20 years, even though they had acted in over 25 films together earlier in their careers. Urvashi said, “When I heard Jayaram was doing this role, I was very happy.” She also mentioned that many scripts had come to them over the years, but most were not suitable for both at the same time.
