V M Sudheeran alleges Vellappally Natesan disturbed by Mahesan death inquiry demand

Thrissur: Former KPCC president V M Sudheeran on Tuesday alleged that SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan seemed to be slightly perturbed by the revival of the demand for a thorough inquiry into the death of the Yogam’s Kanichukulangara Union former secretary K K Mahesan.Sudheeran told newspersons that the language and the words that Natesan was using were totally unbecoming of the post he was holding.He said he did not nurture any personal animosity towards Natesan but opposed only his stands and policies. LDF’s association with Natesan was a major factor behind its debacle in the assembly elections, Sudheeran said.He also said there must be a serious attempt to identify the reasons behind the reduction of tax for low-alcohol beverages, as the announcement went against the Congress’s promise in the election manifesto.
