Tuesday just got better for probably the first time ever, as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement. Their love story, which took the world of both sports and entertainment by storm, is now looking to get settled.

And just like her lyrics the engagement photos and the couple in them looked absolutely 'Gorgeous.

'Celebrities from all around the world are sending their congratulations to Swift and Kelce, while Swifties are just about losing it on the internet. NBA legend Kobe Bryant's widow, Vanessa Bryant, has also congratulated the couple on their upcoming nuptials, as she joins millions of people in celebrating this engagement.

She reposted Swift and Kelce's engagement post from their Instagram account on her story with a simple caption reading "Congrats!" while Swift's 'Love Story' played in the background.

She also tagged both Swift and Kelce in the post, showing her love to both the singing sensation and the NFL star player.

From Friendship bands to an engagement ring - it's come full circle

The love story of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce started with a friendship band the latter had taken to give to his now fiancée, while he attended a concert of hers. Although he was unsuccessful in his attempt and shared it on his New Heights podcast, it has been a whirlwind romance since the couple started dating.

Cut to now, and the couple is engaged. And to make it even more dreamy, their venue was a "special place" for the couple that was turned into a flower paradise for the occasion. Kelce got his Lady love an old mine brilliant-cut diamond, designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewellery - a renowned artisan jeweler. The diamond is set on a gold band that matches the Cartier watch Swift is seen wearing in the photos.
