Vellore, Tiruvannamalai Corporation Commissioners take charge

Sultana and K. Balasubramanian assumed charge as the new Municipal Commissioners for Vellore and Tiruvannamalai Corporations respectively.

According to a press release, Ms. Sultana has replaced R. Lakshmanan as Commissioner of Vellore Corporation. Earlier, she served as Deputy Commissioner of Tiruchi Corporation before she was promoted as Commissioner.

Mr. Balasubramanian, who served in the State Election Commission in Chennai, has replaced Mujubur Rahman as new Commissioner for Tiruvannamalai Corporation, the release said.
