YOUNG, FIT PEOPLE SUFFERING HEART ATTACKS
In recent years, several cases of fitness enthusiasts of a relatively young age dying of heart attacks or cardiac arrests have made health authorities and government agencies alarmed.
Apart from ordinary citizens, several celebrities, with actor-model Shefali Jariwala, and Bigg Boss 13 winner Siddarth Shukla being the most notable among them, have succumbed to cardiovascular diseases.
Most of these heart-attack-related deaths have been reported from age groups ranging from the early 20s to 50s, which was rare a few decades ago, experts say. The shocking trend has got people concerned about their lifestyle.
