Vietnam boat tragedy: bodies of Kerala couple to be brought back on July 14

The bodies of two Kerala tourists who were killed in a speedboat accident off Vietnam’s Phu Quoc Island will be brought back to the State on Tuesday (July 14, 2026). According to a statement issued by the office of the Chief Minister, the bodies of A.C. Thomas, 57, and his wife Loveni Thomas, 56, natives of Kottarakara in Kollam, will be brought to Thiruvananthapuram airport by Air India (AI 2605) flight.

The flight, which will depart from Mumbai airport at 6.30 a.m. on Tuesday, will arrive at Thiruvananthapuram airport at 8.50 a.m.
