As Dheeraj Dhoopar steps into Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, wife Vinny Arora is cheering him on from afar. Celebrating her birthday without him for the first time since their marriage, she calls his success the greatest gift and hopes audiences discover the kind-hearted person she knows.
After Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10, Dheeraj Dhoopar is all set to enter the world of captive reality television with Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa. Following weeks of speculation, the actor has finally confirmed his participation in the much-anticipated show, marking his first-ever stint in the genre.
Ahead of entering the house, Dheeraj admitted that staying away from his loved ones would be the toughest part of the journey. The actor, who has often spoken about being a family man, revealed that he would miss his wife, actress Vinny Arora, and their son immensely. The timing makes the separation even more emotional. For the first time since their marriage, Vinny will celebrate her birthday without being able to speak to or spend time with Dheeraj, who is now completely cut off from the outside world.
Instead of a traditional celebration, she plans to spend the evening with her family watching the premiere of Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa and cheering for his new journey.Vinny says, “I’d happily give up every birthday celebration if it meant seeing him win. His success is the greatest gift I could ask for. Birthdays can always be celebrated later, whenever we’re together. Right now, watching him step into the reality show space is the best birthday present I could receive.
I genuinely can’t wait for people to see the person I know and love, his kindness, his heart and how wonderful he truly is.
I hope they fall in love with him the way I did all those years ago. For me, there’s no greater gift than watching your partner chase his dreams and win in life.”Before he left for the show, Vinny had only one piece of advice for her husband. “Before he left for the show, Vinny had only one piece of advice for her husband.
She says, “I told Dheeraj not to hold back or give anyone the benefit of the doubt. Usually, being the gentleman he is, he lets a lot of things pass. But this is a reality show and we are here to win. People will test his patience, and he will have to stand up for what he believes in, and even put them in their place if needed.
I strongly advised him not to think twice before doing that. I know his chivalry sometimes gets in the way, but my biggest concern is that he misses his family a lot, especially our son. I told him to make that his strength rather than his weakness.”Known for shows such as Kundali Bhagya and Sasural Simar Ka, Dheeraj is now preparing to show audiences an unfiltered side of himself in what marks his first stint in a captive reality format.
