New Delhi: Vivo has officially introduced its latest and most-awaited Vivo X300 Ultra, along with Vivo X300s, in China by extending its Vivo X300 lineup with two imaging-focused flagship smartphones. Vivo X300 Ultra stands out as the first device to come with dual 200MP cameras, with the main camera sensor and the other dedicated to periscope zoom, while the X300s adapts a more standard camera configuration.

Both devices have been developed in collaboration with Zeiss. Vivo X300 series now included: Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro, Vivo X300 Ultra, and Vivo X300s.

Vivo X300 Ultra

Vivo X300 Ultra debuts with a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a 2K ZEISS Master Colour screen, supporting Ultra XDR, with a high 144Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR Vivid, and HDR10+.

It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 onboard storage.

In terms of camera, this device comes with a triple rear camera setup which consists of a 200MP main camera sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera sensor, while on the front, there is a 50MP main camera sensor for selfies and video calling.

In addition, the camera system can be powered with a Vivo ZEISS G2 Ultra and G2 teleconverters with 400mm and 200mm equivalent focal lengths, by forming a ZEISS master lens group.

This smartphone, out of the box, runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6, and it is housed with a massive 6,600mAh battery pack with 100W wired flash charging and 40W wireless flash charging support, which is included in the box itself.

This device also carries an IP68 and IP69 rating, and it is offered in Film Green and Silver Tone colour options.

Vivo V300s

It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED ZEISS Master Colour display with a 1.5K resolution, a high 144Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ with HDR Vivid support, and it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, which is coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 onboard storage.

It is also equipped with a triple rear camera setup, which consists of a 200MP main camera sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera sensor, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera sensor. And on the front, there is a 50MP main camera sensor for selfies and video calling, similar to the Vivo X300 Ultra.

Out of the box, it runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and houses a massive 7,100mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.

It also carries an IP68 and IP69 rating, and it is offered in Film Green, Dream Core Purple, Silver, and Titanium Black colour options.
