New Delhi: Recently, Vivo X500 Pro Max has surfaced in a latest leak that suggested several camera upgrades for Vivo’s next flagship phone. Vivo is yet to confirm the device officially, but the latest information points to major changes in imaging hardware along with the next-generation flagship processor. Vivo X500 Pro Max might come with a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP Sony LOFIC primary camera sensor with a large 1/1.28-inch sensor size.
LOFIC technology is specially designed to improve the dynamic range by preserving highlight and shadow details in challenging lighting conditions, helping to deliver more natural-looking photos in scenes with strong contrast. Reports indicate that the primary sensor might be the forthcoming Sony LYT-838. It is expected to include a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with an 85mm focal length.
Periscope sensor is stated to measure 1/1.4-inches and it might support high-quality telephoto macro photography. The company is tipped to include an updated optical image stabilization system to improve sharpness and stability while capturing distant subjects.
Reports also suggested that it might debut with MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset, which is expected to be Vivo’s first device chipset built on TSMC’s 2nm process. It might feature a 6.85-inch OLED 2K LTPO screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, and it might pack a huge 8,000mAh battery.
