Andhra Pradesh will host the 31st Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam on November 12 and 13.
Reviewing preparations with the CII Director General Chandrajit Banerjee at the Secretariat on Monday, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that a series of regional partnership meetings would be held in Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry or Kakinada, Amaravati, Anantapur and Tirupati in the run - up to the main event. The theme for the main summit is Navigating change: Leadership, technology, trust and trade in a transforming world.
The two-day summit will have a slew of MoUs signed, plenary sessions, country sessions and B2B and B2G sessions.
Mr. Naidu said roadshows would be organised in Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, as well as abroad to promote the summit.
He said that the events should not only focus on trade and investments but also serve a platform for sharing innovative ideas.
Ministers T.G. Bharat, Kondapalli Srinivas, P. Narayana, Kandula Durgesh, Gottipati Ravi Kumar along with CII delegates attended the meeting.
