Before starting, make sure the screen recording shortcut is added to your Control Center.Go to “Settings > Control Center” and ensure “Access Within Apps” is enabled. Then swipe down from the top-right corner of your iPhone screen to open Control Center. Tap the “plus (+)” icon and select “Add a Control”. From the list, choose “Screen Recording” to add it to Control Center. Once added, open the app, webpage, or screen you want to record.Swipe down from the top-right corner again to open Control Center and tap the “Screen Recording” icon. Your iPhone will begin a short countdown before recording starts.If you also want to record audio, long-press the Screen Recording button before starting. You will see a “Microphone” option, tap it to turn on audio recording. This lets you record your voice as you explain what’s happening on screen.

By default, recordings are saved in the Photos app, though users may see other save options depending on their device settings.After the countdown ends, the recording begins. A red indicator with a timer will appear at the top of the screen.When you’re done, tap the red indicator and select “Stop”. Your video will be saved automatically to the Photos app.Users can also pause the recorded video later and take screenshots if they missed capturing a specific moment during the recording.
