NEW DELHI: An Air India flight delay at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport on Saturday led to a heated exchange between passengers and airline staff.

The incident took place at the terminal when several passengers, frustrated over the delay, confronted ground staff.

Airline employees attempted to defuse tensions, with one staff member heard in video footage shared by news agency ANI, telling passengers to “speak calmly” (“aaram se baat kariye”).The reason for the delay was not immediately disclosed by the airline.
