Amidst the stagnant floodwaters, the giant python was seen slithering through the streets, as seen in a widely circulated video.

The flooded road is clearly visible, with the large green python emerging from the water. The reptile lifts its head above the surface, creating a chilling scene. Residents in the vicinity were visibly frightened, standing back along the roadside, wary of the snake's presence.Experts suggest that the heavy rains have forced reptiles out of their natural habitats. The rainwater often enters their burrows, compelling them to seek drier areas.

This often leads to an increase in snake sightings during the monsoon season.Every year, numerous snakebite incidents occur during the monsoon, some of which tragically result in fatalities. Delays in receiving treatment due to a lack of transportation, distant hospitals, or the unavailability of antivenom can turn snakebites fatal.
