‘Welcome To The Jungle’ still on track despite schedule cancellations; final shoot to begin post-rains - Exclusive

Fans of the 'Welcome' franchise have been growing increasingly restless over the lack of updates on 'Welcome To The Jungle' (also known as 'Welcome 3'), especially following several reports that shooting schedules had been cancelled multiple times over the past six months.

Earlier reports had suggested that 2 to 3 shooting schedules were abruptly scrapped, leaving the ensemble cast uncertain about the film’s status.Actors left in limbo amid cancelled schedulesAccording to a Pinkvilla report, “The actors have been allotting dates for the shoot of Welcome To The Jungle to producer Firoz Nadiadwala, and the same stands cancelled at the last minute due to logistical and financial issues.” The report added that the unexpected cancellations had caused the actors to remain idle during those scheduled days, leading to confusion and frustration.ETimes reveals 70% of film already completedBringing clarity to the ongoing speculation, ETimes has exclusively learned that the film is far from shelved. A source close to the production stated:“70% of the shoot of Welcome To The Jungle is already done. The remaining 30% was to be scheduled in Kashmir, but because of the unfortunate Pahalgam attack, the plan got pushed.”The insider further revealed that the final schedule was grand in scale and fully prepared: “The entire schedule was locked, which included helicopters, over 250 horses with horsemen, and 1200 junior artists.”

Despite the setback, the source reassured that the project is firmly back on track: “Everything is on track. All 34 actors are excited and set to commence the last marathon schedule and will begin post-rains on a different location.”
