Twitch streamer Kathelina, better known online as “Kvrtez,” has become a major topic of discussion across social media after YouTuber and TikTok creator Kenneth “Imnotkenneth” publicly accused his former girlfriend of cheating on him with a blood cousin.

The allegations started showing up in a YouTube video that went live on June 5, 2026, and then it kinda spread fast across streaming and gaming circles. Even though Kenneth didn’t say Kathelina’s name in the video directly, a lot of viewers still connected it to the Twitch streamer because they have that public relationship and they’ve made content together before. As of June 8, 2026, Kathelina still hasn’t put out any public response to address the accusations or anything similar.

Since then, lots of people have been looking around for clues about the creator and her background. Kathelina is a partnered Twitch streamer, and she’s mostly known for her Just Chatting broadcasts, plus gaming-related content as well. According to her Twitch profile, she began streaming on the platform in October 2023 and has built an audience of nearly 79,000 followers.

She also gained wider attention in May 2025 when she was selected as one of 120 creators who participated in Kai Cenat’s Streamer University event.

Kenneth “Imnotkenneth” claims he discovered messages after becoming suspicious of Kathelina

In his YouTube video titled My Girlfriend Cheated On Me With Her Cousin.., Kenneth explained why he ended the relationship. He said he became suspicious after allegedly noticing unusual behavior while Kathelina was speaking with another person on FaceTime.According to Kenneth, he later used a camera connected to an expensive AI-powered cat litter box that had been placed in a restroom. He claimed the camera showed Kathelina on a FaceTime call, which increased his concerns about the relationship.Kenneth then said he checked her phone and locked himself in a room to read through messages. He claimed he found conversations with a contact saved as “fav cuzz,” which he believed confirmed his suspicions. Speaking about the situation, Kenneth said:“My girlfriend cheated on me with her cousin. See, this ain’t even funny because I wouldn’t have even wished this on my worst enemy. I’m not going to drop no names or anything, but y’all know who she was.

We made content together. We dated for a couple of years. And all of that ended recently.”He also added: “I caught her cheating on me in my house.”At the time of publication, the claims remain allegations made by Kenneth. No independent evidence has been publicly released, and Kathelina has not responded publicly to the accusations.
