Will launch campaign against illicit liquor shops: Min

Demanding strict punishment for the culprits in the Baruipur-rape murder case, state urban development and municipal affairs minister Agnimitra said a strict campaign will be launched against illegal liquor shops across the state.

“The CM said he will issue strict orders — all hootch dens across Bengal will be demolished. No illegal liquor shop will be allowed to exist except those with valid licenses.”
