PM Narendra Modi says a wind of change is blowing in West Bengal, urges first time voters at a Mathurapur rally to root out the TMC government, predicts change on May 4.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said the there is a “wind of change" in West Bengal and poll results on May 4 will bring a change in the state.
While addressing a rally at Mathurapur in South 24 Parganas, PM Modi called on the first time voters to “root out the current TMC government".
“A wind of change in flowing in Bengal. On May 4, we will see a Parivartan," he said.
