Woman spots limping airport worker, starts fundraiser that brings in more than $170,000

Sometimes, a brief moment witnessed by a stranger can change someone's life forever. That is exactly what happened to James Blair, a US Navy veteran and long-serving airport worker at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California.

While travelling through the airport, Utah resident Lacinda Thackeray noticed Blair limping across the tarmac as he continued refuelling the aircraft despite obvious pain.
