Shagun Agarwal, a psychologist by training and an artist since childhood, has showcased her creativity through her art-works. A multi-disciplinary creative, choosing to call herself an artist while also being a psychologist, copywriter, and graphic designer, Shagun's art work explores the insides of her mind.

Although her work sits fittingly among the themes of identity exploration, spiritual oneness, spiritual distraught, shifting mental landscapes, gender, the body---she likes to leave interpretations of her artwork to the viewer.

Her paintings titled ' A Journey Inward' were mostly created during COVID when one was forced to sit with their self, this series of artwork follows a trajectory deeply personal to the artist, yet one that has been universally felt by us living beings. Sharing more about her artwork, she says, "This journey inward was a rediscovery of the self – moving from surreal union of beings and finding an ideal world to live in towards tumultuous transition. To finding and unfinding oneself in isolation, and then a heavy crawl to renewal, rebirth and starting afresh."
