While Pakistan have traditionally dominated Bangladesh in women's T20 internationals, recent history suggests Saturday's clash could be much closer. "It’s a very hectic schedule, definitely, because we are not getting much time to adapt. But we had a very good session yesterday, so that looks good," she said.

"During the journey by bus, I think we were having so much of fun, and we are trying to talk as much as positive. And, you know, we were singing in the bus, and we were talking about cricket, definitely."

Bangladesh's bowling attack has impressed in patches, but the batters will need to step up after the collapse against Australia. A victory over Pakistan would put them back on track in the race for the semifinals.
