'Women will respond': Congress slams govt over 'delay' in 33% quota; says implement it at once

Congress national spokesperson Ragini Nayak on Saturday (April 25, 2026) attacked the central government on the issue of women's reservation and delimitation, demanding that the 33% quota be implemented immediately in the existing 543 Lok Sabha seats.

Addressing a press conference in Gurugram, she further demanded that women from Dalit, tribal and backward classes must get their due share in the reservation.
