WWE's Clash in Paris is almost at our doors, knocking to be let in. The show will be held in Paris, France, of course on August 31st, and so far, 5 match cards have been confirmed. Many fans are lamenting that the show does not have the X-factor that they had hoped for.

Even John Cena has not been able to make that much of an impact, as most fans are unhappy with his opponent - he is set to face Logan Paul in the upcoming PPE.Fans had hoped for maybe Brock Lesnar or someone who had better chemistry with the Cenation Leader to fight him. But all hopes went down the drain when it was announced that he would be facing The Maverick instead. Other than that, many top stars are also set to miss out on the event - and with most matches already confirmed, there is very little chance that WWE would come up with something interesting in the meantime. Let's take a look at the Top 5 wrestlers from the promotion who are most likely to miss out on Clash in Paris.

5. Stephanie Vaquer

Stephanie Vaquer was set to fight Naomi at Clash in Paris for the WWE Women's Championship title. It was one of the first matches that was confirmed for the PPE. But that match had to be cancelled after Naomi announced her pregnancy and relinquished her title, which is currently up for grabs. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, Vaquer is most likely to miss out on the Clash in Paris event.

4. Dominik Mysterio (and AJ Styles)

Dominik Mysterio, who has been a continuous presence all through the last week, as WWE tours all over the European continent, will most likely miss out on Clash in Paris. He is set to face AJ Styles at the next Monday Night RAW - which is also set to take place at the Paris La Défense Arena. Given their upcoming clash at RAW, both he and Styles will most likely not be there for the PPE.

3. Randy Orton

Randy Orton's last match at the WWE was at SummerSlam 2025, when he teamed up with singer Jelly Roll to face Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre.

He lost the match, but he appeared once again at the Dublin SmackDown show on August 22 and dropped an RKO on McIntyre, who was busy talking smack about Cody Rhodes. While his presence in the European tour does spark a few rumors, the chances of him being at Clash in Paris are pretty slim. Although he might just drop by unannounced to drop another RKO on yet another unsuspecting victim.

2. Rhea Ripley (and IYO SKY)

Rhea Ripley had a match against The Judgment Day member Roxanne Perez on August 25 during Monday Night RAW.

And fans are speculating that The Eradicator suffered a knee injury during the fight, but most probably its just keyfabe. Although she won against Perez, and the night had a special appearance from Iyo Sky after, the chances of her (or Sky) being at the PPE show aren't very good. Ripley will most likely come back to the ring on the next RAW episode, like Dom Mysterio and AJ Styles.

1. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar made a surprise return at Night 2 of SummerSlam 2025 to attack John Cena after his fight with Cody Rhodes. Since then he has been absent, but fans did get an update on this rivalry during the Dublin edition of SmackDown on August 22, when General Manager Nick Aldis, during the last moments of the show, called on Cena to tell him he had heard from Lesnar. Although we couldn't get more info on that, given Logan Paul's sudden attack on Cena that ended the show, we do have an inkling that Lesnar will probably come back ringside on September 20 for WWE's next PPE. Chances are, he will probably skip Paris and return for Wrestlepalooza instead. Also Read: WWE Clash in Paris 2025: All Confirmed Matches, Date, Venue, Start Timings, and More
