The WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 Premium Live Event took place in the United Center, Chicago, Illinois. The night featured highly compelling and exciting matches with huge WrestleMania 42 implications.
It saw Seth Rollins returning to the mix, two top stars earn the right to challenge for a World Championship on The Grandest Stage of Them All, the debut of former AEW star Danhausen, who was revealed to be the man inside the mystery crate, CM Punk retaining his World Heavyweight title, and his wife becoming a champion after more than a decade.
Women's Elimination Chamber match
This was the opening contest of the night. The match was started by Tiffany Stratton and Kiana James as other competitors took their places in their respective pods.
Asuka and Alexa Bliss joined the match to stir things. Following Rhea Ripley's entry, Asuka spat mist in Bliss's eyes, allowing James to roll her up for the pin and eliminate. Raquel Rodriguez entered last and took out both Kiana James and Asuka, eliminating them at the same time.
However, she was eliminated next with a teamwork by Ripley and Stratton. The duo were the last two remaining; however, in the final moments, it was Mami who pushed Stratton into a pod and delivered a Riptide to win and secure a WWE Women's title match at WrestleMania 42.
AJ Lee vs. Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch defended her WWE Women's Intercontinental title against AJ Lee in a singles match. The highly compelling showdown between the two top stars saw chaos and a huge fight. Lee made Lynch tap out to the Black Widow, but the referee was knocked out to see it. Lynch tried to take advantage and had the upperhand for a while. However, an exposed turnbuckle done by her cost Lynch as she was smashed into it by Lee who, then made her tap out again, and won her first title in 11 years.
CM Punk vs. Finn Balor
CM Punk squared off against Finn Balor with his World Heavyweight title on the line. The two superstars delivered a captivating match that garnered huge cheers from the audience. As the dust settled, it was The Best in the World who took out Balor with a GTS and pinned him to retain his championship.
Men's Elimination Chamber match
Cody Rhodes and Je'Von Evans started the match as other competitors took their place in the pods. Trick Williams, LA Knight, and Randy Orton joined them in intervals. However, things took a turn when Logan Paul entered and eliminated Evans, Williams, and LA Knight. However, the masked man appeared inside the chamber and attacked Paul, allowing Rhodes to eliminate him. He revealed himself to be Seth Rollins and left.
Drew McIntyre appeared to attack Rhodes, but he and Orton took him out.
