WWE broadcast the July 13 episode of Monday Night RAW from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. The night had an explosive start with Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi's confrontation, followed by exciting moments and matches, including one that saw a top star earn a huge title opportunity at SummerSlam and The Vision beating down Alpha Academy after Maxxine Dupri ended all ties with them.

What happened in the opening segment of WWE RAW in Dallas?
Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman opened the show and had police surrounding them. Heyman revealed that they had issued a restraining order against Oba Femi. The Ruler came out and fought through all the policemen, but Lesnar and Heyman escaped. Femi promised that at SummerSlam, there would be no running and he would emerge victorious inside Hell in a Cell.
IYO Sky vs. Roxanne Perez
This was the opening match of the night. The exciting showdown ended with IYO Sky rolling up Roxanne Perez to pick up the victory. Later, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez tried to attack her, but Sol Ruca came to make the save. However, both women were ultimately beaten down, and it ended with Morgan hitting SKY with her title belt.
Jimmy Uso vs. Royce Keys
This was a singles match between Royce Keys and Jimmy Uso. The conclusion saw Jacob Fatu arriving and causing a DQ win for Keys.
Solo Sikoa joined them, and it looked like he was rejoining the Bloodline. However, he attacked both of them and had backup from LA Knight and Keys.
No.1 contender Gauntlet match
The Gauntlet match was to determine the No.1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental title at SummerSlam. The match started with Dominik Mysterio and Joe Hendry, which saw Hendry getting eliminated first. Je'Von Evans joined next, and he went on to eliminate Mysterio. Dragon Lee joined next, and he eliminated Evans.
Rusev came out next, eliminated Lee, and was met by Chad Gable. Gable eliminated him and the next competitor, Ethan Page, with the ankle lock to win the match.
Following that, Penta and Gable met in the ring, setting the stage for their match.
What happened in the final segment of WWE RAW?
Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns met for their SummerSlam match contract signing. Both men had an exchange of words and put the pen to paper. Rollins mocked him and attempted to leave, but Reigns stopped him and had some harsh words that brought him back to the ring. Moreover, he continuously called Rollins a No.2 throughout his career, which led to him attacking Reigns.
