New Delhi: Xiaomi is all set to introduce its Xiaomi 17 series in India on February 28. The Xiaomi 17 series will include two models: Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra. Xiaomi has also revealed the colour option for Xiaomi 17 while teasing the Xiaomi 17 Ultra variant in the shade of green.
Xiaomi has also released the Xiaomi 17 in China in September last year, and the Xiaomi 17 Ultra variant in December. Along with the Xiaomi 17 series, Xiaomi will also unveil its Xiaomi Pad 8 in India on February 28.
Xiaomi 17 will debut globally in black, blue, and pink colour options through a post on the X platform. Xiaomi 17 Ultra has also been confirmed in the Starlit Green finish. Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to come with a 200MP Leica-tuned main camera sensor.
Xiaomi 17 also confirmed that it will be unveiled in India in black and blue colour options, with one more colour option in the line that will be introduced at the upcoming debut event. If we discuss in China, Xiaomi has introduced Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra, which are out of the box and have arrived on Android 16 based on HyperOS 3.
It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Both models offer a Leica-branded triple rear camera system alongside the 50MP front camera sensor for selfies and video calling. Xiaomi 17 Ultra features a 6.9-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display, and it is housed with a massive 6,800mAh battery pack that supports 90W wired and 50w wireless charging.
Whereas, Xiaomi 17 sports a 6.3-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and houses a huge 7,000mAh battery pack with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
