Uttar Pradesh Minister Yogi Adityanath speaks in Kashi, highlighting development projects worth over Rs 16,000 crore and announcing a new package of Rs 2,200 crore. These initiatives cover connectivity, water supply, education, health, and sports. The Minister notes a significant change for farmers over the past 11 years, stating how previously they "were forced to commit suicide." As part of a nationwide program from Kashi, the 20th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi is being released to 10 crore farmers, including 2.3 crore from Uttar Pradesh. The event also includes the distribution of assistive devices to 'divyaang jano' (persons with disabilities) to foster hope and enthusiasm. Adityanath congratulates the 2,21,000 farmers in Kashi who are receiving the benefit and welcomes the Prime Minister.
