The actress who is currently promoting her upcoming movie 'The Drama' surprised her fans during her dress shopping by not only appearing at the atelier but also footing the bill.

A call for a dress
For engaged couple Alexandra Warren and KB White, the series of surreal events began when they answered a casting call to receive a wedding dress ahead of the release of the A24 film. The duo shared with People, that they saw it as a fun chance for Warren to start looking at dresses for their wedding next year. On February 9, Monday, White and Warren were scouting through the rows of dresses with their bridal consultant, at Mark Ingram Atelier in New York City when they received the surprise of their life. White, 34, spotted Zendaya and her longtime stylist first and was "shocked." "I knew Alex would freak out since she loves their work and really adores their styles," she recalled. "I couldn’t wait to see her reaction.""I felt like I was floating!" said Warren. "I wish I had three hours to discuss style with him."

Roach spent an hour helping the brides narrow down which wedding dress Warren should buy. Zendaya as well joined them at the end for roughly 30 minutes to discuss their wedding and her movie, as per a People report. Warren finally chose her dress after a stamp of approval from Roach and Zendaya. And when they were admittedly "worried about price" since the gown was expensive and out of their budget, Zendaya surprised them with an announcement. "After both Law and Zendaya confirmed that they loved the dress I was wearing, Zendaya said, 'By the way, it’s covered,' " Warren explained. "KB and I were genuinely confused and asked what she meant, and she said she was paying for it. We literally gasped!"

The to-be-wedded couple posted about the unexpected surprise on Instagram, thanking the actress for the surprise. "Sparkliest week of my life! KB and I exchanged rings (!) and then Zendaya bought my wedding dress (????) (!!) I am so lucky to have had an experience like this … out of this world Thank you for the most incredible day," they wrote in the caption. Netizens in the comments could not help but appreciate Zendaya's kind gesture of footing the bill for the wedding dress, which otherwise forms a major part of the wedding budget. The 29-year-old actress is all set for her movie alongside 'Twilight' actor Robert Pattinson to release on April 3, 2026. At the March 17 Los Angeles premiere, Zendaya rewore the Vivienne Westwood gown she previously wore for the 2015 Academy Awards, as "something old." For the March 24 premiere in Paris, she donned a custom Louis Vuitton gown for "something new." And at the March 26 premiere in Rome, she wore Cate Blanchett's Giorgio Armani Prive black gown for "something borrowed."Recently, the actress even surprised a couple at their wedding ceremony at a Las Vegas chapel on March 14. She attended the nuptials alongside Alana Haim to promote the upcoming film that already has fans excited for the unique pairing as leads.
