The Andhra Pradesh government has credited ₹146.84 crore as subsidy to the bank accounts of as many as 31,929 mango farmers in Chittoor district, said Collector Sumit Kumar on Monday (December 22, 2025).

During an interaction with farmers at the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme here, the Collector said that more than 20,000 farmers received subsidies exceeding ₹1 lakh each, a relief from market volatility.
