81 junior lecturers promoted as principals in junior colleges 

Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education (BIE), Krishna Aditya on Monday gave away orders promoting 81 junior lecturers (JL) as principals.

The event was preceded by counselling of all eligible junior lecturers from the State at the BIEs headquarters here. The move is an attempt at strengthening leadership in government junior colleges and ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning.

Mr. Aditya, congratulating the promoted lecturers, emphasised the crucial role of principals in strengthening the academic environment and providing leadership at the institutional level.

He added that all the selections were based on merit and while maintaining transparency throughout the process.

Controller of Examinations Jaya Prada Bai, District Intermediate Education Officers (DIEOs) of Medchal and Rangareddy districts and others were present.
