Andhra Pradesh Building Contractors’ Association State president S.Vijaya Kumar, has urged the State government to clear pending bills worth around ₹3,000 crore on first-cum-first serve basis instead of processing bills of influential persons.

Addressing the contractors on Monday , Mr.Vijaya Kumar urged the government to hold a meeting with contractors to resolve their grievances and discuss key issues such as limited period option for uploading of bills on the Nidhi portal, double auditing procedure, clearance of bills of influential persons and others.
