Actor Karisma Kapoor's kids move Delhi high court for share in Sunjay Kapur's property

NEW DELHI: Two children of Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor have moved the Delhi high court seeking a share in the estate of their late father, Sunjay Kapur, news agency PTI reported. The petition, scheduled for hearing on 10 September, challenges the validity of Kapur’s will. According to the plaint, neither their father nor their stepmother, Priya Kapur, ever informed them about the existence of the will. The children allege that Priya Kapur’s conduct “without a doubt” suggests that the will may have been fabricated.

The court is expected to hear the matter and decide on the next steps regarding the dispute over the estate.
