AM Libas Fashion Pvt Ltd, one of the fastest-growing Indian ethnic wear brands for women, has announced plans to enter the e-commerce space and open offline retail stores across India in 2026, following a strong turnover of ₹50 crore in 2025. Founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Moin Waghoo, the company has grown from a small trading business into a well-established wholesale brand known for designer kurtis, leggings and contemporary ethnic wear. With a manufacturing base in Ahmedabad, the brand currently works with over 100 distributors and supplies more than 8,000 retailers nationwide. In addition to a loyal customer base across the country, the fashion label is also known for gifting hampers to well-known celebrities from the Indian entertainment industry, a gesture that is often appreciated by artistes. The expansion aims to strengthen brand visibility, tap into the growing online fashion market and offer a direct retail experience, while continuing to support its existing distribution network. Moin Waghoo, director and founder of AM Libas Fashion Pvt Ltd, said, “In 2026, we will launch our first offline store, starting in Mumbai, and simultaneously enter the online space to meet customer demand and build a strong presence in e-commerce.
” The company plans to offer a comprehensive online range, including basic kurtis, two-piece and three-piece sets, and party wear, with a strong focus on competitive pricing and value for money. “Through our e-commerce platform, we will offer pricing that customers rarely find with other brands, supported by strong marketing efforts and consistent product quality,” Waghoo added. With over 15 years of industry experience, the brand believes its deep understanding of customer preferences will help replicate its offline success online. Alongside e-commerce, AM Libas also plans to expand its offline retail presence to multiple cities following the launch of its first store in Mumbai. The company aims to offer nearly 50 per cent better value than typical market pricing, without compromising on quality, as it enters its next phase of growth.
