Andhra Pradesh Government will ensure pensions for all eligible persons: Kondapalli Srinivas

Andhra Minister Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and NRI affairs Kondapalli Srinivas on Monday (September 1, 2025) said the government is keen to ensure social security pensions to all eligible persons including physically challenged persons in the State.

He formally distributed monthly pensions to beneficiaries in K. Krishnapuram village of Dattirajeru mandal of Vizianagaram district on Monday (September 1, 2025).

Speaking to media on the occasion, he said the beneficiaries were happy with timely distribution of pensions on the first day of every month. He said the officials were directed to process pension applications quickly with an aim to help each and every eligible persons to get the financial assistance regularly from the government.

Mr. Srinivas said Stree Shakti scheme, a free bus facility, got the good response from the women of all sections of the society. He said that many women from rural areas were coming to nearby towns to get livelihood opportunities with the scheme launched on August 15 on the occasion of Independence Day.
