Now a new online report reveal some camera upgrades which the company may introduced with the next-generation iPhone 17 lineup. According to a tipster cited by MacRumors, the next-generation Pro model is expected to bring significant advancements to its camera system, including an impressive 8x optical zoom and a revamped "Pro Camera" app, alongside other notable improvements.The tipster revealed three major upgrades that haven’t surfaced in previous leaks:* A telephoto lens with up to 8× optical zoom, a leap from the 5× zoom on the iPhone 16 Pro. The lens is said to be movable, allowing for continuous zoom across focal lengths.* An all-new Pro Camera app for advanced photo and video controls, potentially rivaling third-party apps like Halide and Filmic Pro. It’s unclear if this app will be exclusive to the Pro models or a major update to Apple’s existing Final Cut Camera app.
