Around 50,000 people from Shivamogga to take part in BSY Abhimanotsava in Chitradurga, says Shivamogga district BJP president

Shivamogga district BJP president N.K. Jagadish has said that around 50,000 people from Shivamogga will take part in BSY Abhimanotsava, a programme to mark former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa’s 50 years in public life, to be held in Chitradurga on May 9.

Mr. Jagadish, speaking to presspersons in Shivamogga, on Thursday, said that the district unit of the party had designated Jyothi Prakash and S. Dattatri as conveners of the district. Under the leadership of Shivamogga MP B.Y. Raghavendra and all legislators, party workers would take part in the programme in large numbers.
