The drama inside the Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 house continues to intensify. Despite recent warnings from Bigg Boss and host Mohanlal urging contestants to tone down aggression and avoid offensive behavior, the latest teaser shows yet another heated confrontation, this time between Akbar and Aryan over an insensitive comment made about Renu Sudhi. In the upcoming episode, the housemates are seen participating in a physically demanding task, where they must grab caps from each other in a competitive game. However, what was designed as a test of agility and teamwork quickly spiraled into aggression and physical chaos, with many contestants crossing the line of sportsman spirit. The aftermath of the task left several housemates visibly drained, particularly Aneesh and Renu Sudhi.

In one concerning moment captured in the teaser, Renu is seen collapsing from exhaustion, leading to growing concern among the housemates. What followed was even more shocking. In another clip, Aryan is seen joking with Jishin about Renu’s health, saying, “She will fall and die even if someone touches her.” He later made an even more distasteful remark to Akbar, stating, “Looks like Renu will soon go to Sudhi (her late husband).

She’ll die even if we just touch her.”This deeply upset Akbar, who lashed out at Aryan for his disrespectful and hurtful comments. A heated argument broke out, with Akbar strongly condemning Aryan’s words and demanding he show more sensitivity. Aryan, on the other hand, attempted to deflect the blame by questioning whether Akbar didn’t also laugh when Aneesh fell during the task.

When Aryan provocatively asked what Akbar planned to do about it, Akbar responded sharply, “I don’t have to do anything, the people will.”
