In a dramatic turn of events on Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7, contestant Shanavas made a return to the house after spending three days in the hospital. The actor had been shifted out of the Bigg Boss house following a sudden collapse during a brawl with fellow contestant Nevin earlier in the week.The recent weekend episode began with host Mohanlal informing the housemates that a “special guest” would be joining them. Moments later, viewers saw Shanavas in the confession room, where Bigg Boss personally welcomed him back and confirmed that his medical tests had shown no concerning issues. Visibly emotional, Shanavas expressed his gratitude, saying it felt “great and healing” to hear Bigg Boss’s voice again.As he re-entered the house through the confession area, the housemates broke into smiles and cheers, warmly welcoming him.

Host Mohanlal also extended his best wishes, appreciating Shanavas’ positive attitude. Shanavas, in turn, thanked the show for taking good care of him during his medical emergency, saying, “Bigg Boss took care of me very well.”

The incident that led to his hospitalisation unfolded during a dispute between the kitchen and vessel-cleaning teams. Members of the kitchen team accused the vessel group of not cleaning a cooking pot properly.

Shanavas, who was part of the vessel-cleaning group along with Anumol, refused to wash the vessel again, which triggered a verbal clash.As tensions escalated, house captain Nevin attempted to walk away holding a packet of milk, but Shanavas blocked his way. In a sudden reaction, Nevin poured the milk over Shanavas, sparking chaos inside the house. Within moments, Shanavas was seen collapsing on the floor, leaving housemates shocked.

Bigg Boss immediately intervened, directing contestants to move him to the confession room for medical attention.After initial checks by the in-house doctors, he was shifted to a hospital for further evaluation. Bigg Boss was heard telling him, “We are taking you to the hospital for better care,” before he was escorted out by the medical team.Some housemates, including Akbar, suggested that Shanavas might have overreacted, but most expressed concern given his previously disclosed heart-related health issues.
