A day after Youth Congress activists held a campaign against “vote theft” by pasting stickers on KSRTC buses in the city, BJP’s Yuva Morcha activists have raised questions over the permission given to the Congress workers for pasting stickers on KSRTC buses.

A group of BJP’s Yuva Morcha workers in Mysuru reached the office of Divisional Controller of KSRTC in Mysuru at Bannimantap on Wednesday and submitted a memorandum seeking action against the authorities responsible for giving permission for pasting the “vote theft” stickers on KSRTC buses.

The memorandum alleged that the Youth Congress workers had resorted to spreading false information through its “vote theft” campaign and had allegedly pasted the stickers on KSRTC buses without seeking any permission and acting in an unconstitutional manner.

The BJP workers urged the KSRTC authorities to find out who was responsible for allowing the Youth Congress workers to paste the stickers without securing necessary permission.

They urged the KSRTC authorities to investigate into the matter and take necessary action against the officials responsible for the lapses.
