BKJ Airports partners with TLD & ASARA for next-gen GSE; adds electric coaches and ramp car to fleet

BKJ Airports, one of India’s fastest-growing ground handling companies, has taken a significant step toward sustainable aviation with a landmark order for a new-generation green ground support fleet.

Partnering with global GSE leaders TLD and ASARA, BKJ Airports will be among the first in the country to introduce a large-scale deployment of electric ground support equipment (GSE) alongside advanced conventional equipment across its airport operations.The order includes state-of-the art pushback tractors, electric coaches, electric ramp vehicles, electric baggage freight loaders (BFLs), ground power units (GPUs), electric tugs, ramps, and other modern equipment, scheduled for delivery over the next nine months.

This strategic investment underscores BKJ Airports’ commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and a gradual transition toward eco-friendly aviation practices.
