WWE threw up a stunning surprise to close out SummerSlam with a certain Brock Lesnar making his return for the first time since the summer of 2023. Lesnar showed up right after Cody Rhodes defeated John Cena to win the undisputed WWE title on Sunday night.

Incidentally, the last time that Lesnar made his WWE appearance was also at SummerSlam nearly two years back when Rhodes defeated the Beast Incarnate in a three-match showdown.

Lesnar attacked Cena with an F5 in his comeback appearance.

Fans on social media were in shock with opinions divided as several users pointed out Lesnar’s name reportedly cropping up in a sexual assault lawsuit against former WWE chairman Vince McMahon.

If you sit here and support that sex pest known as Brock Lesnar.Block me immediately.

Lesnar’s Alleged Involvement in Misconduct

According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Lesnar received explicit videos of a former WWE staffer while negotiating a contract with McMahon. The former UFC heavyweight champion reportedly wanted to “set a play date" with the said staffer which was eventually cancelled due to inclement weather.
