Earlier this year, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested after attempting to break into BTS member Jungkook’s living complex. Now, another similar case has been reported where the police caught a person attempting to break into the singer’s home.
Police apprehend a person trying to break into BTS Jungkook’s home
As per reports from Yonhap News issued on August 31, a woman in her 40s was recently caught trying to break into an idol’s home. She was caught by the authorities in the home parking lot area of Jungkook’s living complex.The woman, who is from South Korea, has been booked on the grounds and suspicions of attempting homebreak and trespassing into the celebrity’s property located in Yongsan-gu on Saturday at 11:20 pm. As of now no statement has been made regarding her motive.
She is still with the authorities and is being questioned about the matter.As per the report, the person was found by a security guard at the location, who had seen her entering the parking lot by following a car inside. As soon as he had witnessed the suspicious activity, he had called the police. When apprehended by the authorities, the individual stated, "I entered because it was a friend's house”.
What happened previously?
This is the second such incident that has happened with the youngest member of BTS.
Earlier this year, in June, it was reported that a Chinese woman had been attempting to break into the singer’s house. She was found to be punching in random numbers into the digital lock placed on the door. Last week, on August 27, she was officially transferred to prosecution without detention for the matter. At the time, when she was questioned by the authorities about why she tried to enter Jungkook’s home, she shared that she wasn’t living in the country and had only come to visit Jungkook. This incident occurred only days after the idol was officially discharged from his mandatory military service with fellow member Jimin.
