CESC’s online services to be unavailable on October 24, 25

The Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Ltd. (CESC) has said that its online services will remain unavailable on October 24 and 25 due to the upgradation of its information technology system.

In a release, the CESC said its online services, including electricity bill payments, name changes, tariff modifications, and new connection applications, will not be accessible from 8 p.m. on October 24 to 1 p.m. on October 25 as server maintenance has been scheduled during this period.

The disruption will affect consumers under CESC’s jurisdiction in Mysuru, Nanjangud, Hunsur, K.R. Nagar, Mandya, Malavalli, Chamarajanagar, Kollegal, Hassan, Arsikere, Channarayapatna, and Madikeri.

CESC has urged consumers to cooperate during this temporary disruption, the release said.
