Chief of Defence Staff to review graduation parade at AFA Dundigal

Chief of Defence Staff, General Anil Chauhan, will review the Combined Graduation Parade for 216 Course and confer the President’s Commission on the graduating trainees at the Air Force Academy in Dundigal on December 13. The parade will mark completion of pre-commissioning training for flight cadets of the Indian Air Force.

Wings and brevets will be presented to cadets of the Indian Air Force, officers of the Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard and trainees from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The top cadet from the Flying branch will receive the President’s Plaque and the Nawanagar Sword of Honour.

The parade will feature displays by Akash Ganga, the Air Warrior Drill Team, scheduled fly-pasts and aerobatic performances.
