Christmas Carnival at Patna Golf Club on Dec 21

Patna: Patna Golf Club is set to organise the Christmas Carnival 2025 on Sunday, Dec 21, on its premises. Held continuously for the past 25 years, the carnival has evolved into one of the most popular festive events in the state capital, drawing families and visitors from across the city.The daylong programme will feature a wide range of attractions, including a fancy fair, magic show, brass band, musical orchestra, special games for children, Bumper Housie, Santa Claus and surprise gifts for visitors. The organisers said the carnival is designed to offer wholesome entertainment for people of all age groups.The event is being supported by Bihar Tourism and several private firms, whose cooperation has helped in organising the annual celebration on a large scale.Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Singh, secretary, Patna Golf Club, said the Christmas Carnival reflects the city’s cultural vibrancy and strong sense of community participation. He said the event is being organised in line with the Smart City guidelines of the Bihar govt to ensure a safe, enjoyable and family-friendly environment. Singh added that the carnival would be open to the general public.The club management said the proceeds generated from the event would be utilised for maintenance of the golf course, training of underprivileged children, plantation drives and various social and community welfare activities.
