Chum Darang stands up for Northeast amid backlash over Raja Raghuvanshi Murder; says 'sidha logon pe ungli uthana...'

The murder of Raja Raghuvanshi in Meghalaya, where he had gone on his honeymoon with his wife Sonam, sparked widespread debate and unfortunately led to unfair backlash and negative sentiments toward the people of the North East.

My condolences."In a recent and shocking incident, Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, who had traveled to Meghalaya for his honeymoon, was discovered dead after both he and his wife, Sonam, were reported missing. Investigations by the Meghalaya Police revealed that Sonam was allegedly behind the murder, having planned it in collaboration with her partner, Raj Kushwaha. Five people have been arrested in the case. Sonam Raghuvanshi, along with four others—Raj Kushwaha, Akash Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan, and Anand Kurmi—has been taken into custody in connection with the case.
